  • Each year the International Day of Peace is observed around the world on 21 September. Maharishi VidyaMandir celebrated Maharishi world peace movement on 21st September 2019 to approach the issue of violence and destruction at all levels, through peace and invincibility.

  • The investiture ceremony for the new academic session was yet again a special occasion where the newly appointed Head boy Ma Neeraj Kumar Sharma and the head Girl Ms. Bharti Parmar along with their team of council members were prepared to don the mantle of responsibility and to carry it out with utmost dedication, for session 2019-20 on 18th july 2019 in the meditation hall, it was conducted with the high degree of earnestness and passion as we believe that the child centric approach will frame the upcoming generation a responsible citizen. To invoke the almighty presence, the lamp was lighted by the school principal shri B.S Guleria ji alongwith the parents. The student council members including Head Boy and head girl were conferred with badges and sashes by the principal sir in the presence of Academic incharges,parents and students .They took the pledge to bestow their duties with utmost sincerity They took oath to remain impartial and honest to be regarded as role model by their followers/juniors. Principal sir congratulated them and advised them to be exemplary and supportive for the smooth running of the school . The choir group of school presented a melodious bhajan.

  • Amidst of guests of every walk of life, parents, Director CPR of Maharishi Shiksha Sansthan Shri V. R. Khare; Vice Chancellor of Maharishi Vedic University, Dr. Bhuvnesh Sharmaji; Mrs. Reeta Prakasham, State President of Maharishi World Peace Movement; Shri Ram Vinod Singh Gour, Maharishi National T.M.Siddhi Coordinator and the Principals of different MVMs of Bhopal, near about 200 enthusiastic students and staff members embraced the benefits of Yoga to mark the celebration of 5th International Yoga Day in order to increase the physical, mental and spiritual practice to develop multitude health benefit for accumulating the body in aggressive climatic condition, on the longest day of the year, i.e. on 21st June 2019 in the Northern Hemisphere. The spiritual aspect was increased in manifold with Guru Parampara Poojan along with shloka chanting by Vedic Pandits. The participants presented different Yogasanas in group. Their synchronized limb movements attracted loud applause from the spectators. The main Yogasana presented by the participants were- Surya Namaskar, Padmasana, Pashchimottasana, Vajrasana, Halasana, Bhujangasana, Dhanurasana, etc.

  • Maharishi Vidya Mandir School organised summer camp ?SRISHTI? from 24th April to 1st May 2019.The day started with morning assembly.In this camp the students participated with full zeal and zest .Campers had a wonderful time in the summer camp. They enjoyed fun filled activities and most importantly, they learnt many things which are useful in every day life. The students actively participated in Yoga classesm, Meditation .These techniques will help themto develop their skills and concentrations.This way by trying various activities young kids can explore their hidden potential and passion for certain arts and simultaneously widened their horizons. Principal Shri B.S.Guleria motivated and appreciated the students and said that a summer camp environment may allow children to learn new skills in a safe and nurturing environment. Summer camp experience can have lasting psychological impact on a child. The camp ended up with closing ceremony in which the parents were also invited to witness the programme .The students and teachers were felicitated by the Principal Shri B.S.Guleria MVM, Ratanpur, Bhopal in which the campers showed their performance, which were appreciatd by everyone.

  • PARENTS ORIENTATION PROGRAMME (30/03/2019) Orientation programme was held on 30th March 2019 in Maharishi Vidya, Ratanpur School for classes - I to VIII. The aim of the program was to explain them the details of new assessment scheme introduced by CBSE. It was based on Learning outcomes & different circulars issued by CBSE, In this programme the parents were also made aware about the school uniform, time- table, importance of student's diary. The information about different co-curricular activities, Class wise and House wise activities were also given to parents. Teachers have also explained the different commities working in school. Power Point Presentation was given by Mrs. Sarala Tiwari & Mrs. Sidharthi Mishra for classes I to V. For classes VI to VIII Power Point Presentation was given by Mrs. Vandana Patankar & Mrs. Seema Misra.

The aim of the workshop was to motivate the parents to create a positive family atmosphere, believe in the concept of listening to their wards & to effectively meet upto any parenting challenge in today's modern world. She has conducted various seminars & workshops on parenting throughout the country. She was able to convince the parents to take up their role as fun and not as an additional pressure. This balance work & family.
